Rental Rates

Reservations are accepted for a minimum of two weeks, unless otherwise requested.

To rent the property, you must complete and sign a reservation form specifying the exact rental dates and the names of any accompanying persons, and send it with a deposit of €150 per week reserved.

Heating is available upon request.

A security deposit of €200 is required in case of damage to the property and/or its contents; however, this does not limit the Renter's liability for damages exceeding this amount. The remaining balance of the rental fee, along with the security deposit, is due no later than six weeks before the start of the reserved period. The tourist tax for 2026 is €1.30 per adult per night, payable before the end of your stay.

We kindly ask that you leave the accommodation clean and in good condition. If you would like us to clean the apartment, please let us know in advance. The flat rate for a 3-hour cleaning is €80; any additional hours will be charged at €30 if necessary.

If you would like linen provided, the rate is €20 per bed and €5 per person for towels.

We regret that we cannot accommodate any pets in our apartment.
